Went in first thing this morning 7-25-26 for a tire and inspection on my brakes. Was met with a friendly attitude and atmosphere so I decided to get everything done. Waited over 2 hrs for everything to be done. Cool no biggie itโ€™s a processes. So I Sat outside and watched how everyone else whose vehicle was finished (all white men) had their cars pulled up to the door. Curbside service. Then when it was my turn I go inside to pay $1,069 dollars and no curbside service. My car is parked in the parking lot and I gotta go get it. That was crazy to me and very disappointing! Not to belittle how much The other customers paid for their services. I knw I was the highest paying customer at that time. They didnโ€™t get extensive service like me bc it was very fast in and out for them. So When I said something one of the dudes tired to jump up and go get it but I was like naw you good and I just walked out. Ion like leaving reviews but sometimes itโ€™s necessary or nobody will learn. Treat everyone with the same respect you want to be treated with. So instead of gaining a repeat customer Iโ€™ll prolly find some where else to go. Thanks but no thanks. Allen Williams the caddy guy!! Smh

I initially appreciated Big O for offering free nail removal as a service to the community and was considering using them for future maintenance. However, my experience changed that impression. An employee looked at the nail without bringing my vehicle into the shop and immediately said it could not be repaired because of its location. He then tried to sell me a tire . . . Since my tire wasn't losing air and the nail appeared small, I decided to get a second opinion. I drove to Tire Discounters, where the staff was professional, courteous, and removed the nail without any issues. Based on this experience, Big O will not be my first choice for future tire or maintenance services.

I purchased a new tire from this shop just a few weeks ago and was told that only higher-tier tires were available in my size, so I paid nearly $500 for a single replacement tire. Shortly afterward, I got a nail in the tire and was informed that it could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. When I returned, I was told that lower-cost tire options were now available in my size. Despite having purchased a brand-new tire only about two weeks earlier, the shop was unwilling to work with me on pricing or offer any goodwill assistance. What is most frustrating is feeling like I overpaid based on the circumstances presented at the time. As a recent customer who had just spent a significant amount of money, I expected a greater level of flexibility and customer support. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The lack of consideration for a returning customer has left me with little confidence in doing business here again.

I PRAY the owner of this franchise location sees this!!! UPDATE 05/21/26 Communication with the โ€œdistrict managerโ€ for follow ups on the claim is still terrible despite the multiple calls to โ€œcorporateโ€ for updates on the case. It has been by far the worst customer service i have ever encountered. Save your time and headache CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY. Three weeks ago, April 3, 2026, the Big O Tires on Memorial Blvd in Murfreesboro, Tennessee damaged two of my wheels, and the situation has only continued to get worse. I was informed the wheels cannot be repaired, meaning they effectively ruined a discontinued staggered set of Mustang rims that cannot be replaced. Since the incident, there has been zero proactive communication regarding the claim or any resolution. I have had to be the one constantly reaching out for updates, and even then I receive little to no response. The store manager, Emmanuel, has repeatedly made me feel like I am inconveniencing him for simply wanting answers about property they damaged. Because of that, I have had to go above the store level and speak with Caesar, the district manager, just to get basic communication and accountability. That should neve
